Microsoft Visual C++

On older PCs that do not update their operating system regularly, it can happen that the USBWebserver starts, but Apache and/or MySQL switches off a few seconds after starting . Usually a useless Windows error message appears as a pop-up. The reason is missing versions of Microsoft Visual C++:

Apache 2.4.58 requires Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022

MySQL 5.6.13  requires Microsoft Visual C++ 2013

These programs should already be installed on modern and regularly updated Windows computers. If not, you don't have to search the web, there is an USBW ServicePack for Windows available, with the corresponding installation files:

Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 (für Apache): VC_redist.x86.exe

Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 (für Apache): vcredist_x86.exe

Double-clicking on the corresponding file (in Windows Explorer) starts the installation.
