The USBW ServicePack PHP8 download contains 3 folders with the files for the current php versions from the end of January 2024:

If you want to activate one of these versions in the USB web server, proceed as follows:
- Close USBWebserver completely
- Delete all files in the php/ folder of USBWebserver
- Copy all files from the folder of the desired php version to the empty php/ folder
- Restart USBWebserver
You also can rename the folders, but you should make sure that you still know what is in which folder afterwards 
Other PHP versions
You can download many other PHP versions individually on windows.php.net. The thread-safe x86 versions (without “nts” in the name) are suitable for USBWebserver.
