Short Doku USBWebserver CMSimple
The download unpacked on the PC is simply copied to a folder on the PC. This folder contains the file usbwebserver.exe, which you can now call directly with Explorer or create a shortcut and move it to the desktop. A pop-up appears:
When the checkmarks with green background appear, the USBWebserver is ready for operation and can be accessed in the address bar of the browser as follows:
http://localhost
The USBWebserver does not work with https, which is not necessary for a local server.
The User Projects (CMSimple)
In the folder where you copied the unpacked USBWebserver, you will find a folder root/, in this folder CMSimple is preinstalled.
Password: CMSimple
The original index.php was renamed to _indexUSBW.php.
In this folder you can now create and manage your projects in subfolders as usual.
phpMyAdmin
PhpMyAdmin can be accessed in the browser address bar as follows:
http://localhost/phpmyadmin/
The standard access data you will find below the login form.
